Unlock the art of sourdough baking in our hands-on, half-day workshop! 🍞✨
This immersive experience will equip you with the skills and confidence to bake your own wild-yeast sourdough bread right at home. You'll dive straight into the process, working with ripe dough through proofing, scoring, and baking techniques to create the perfect artisan loaf. And yes, you get to take your freshly baked bread home to enjoy!
But that's not all—you’ll also roll up your sleeves to make your own dough by hand, which you’ll take home to bake later. Plus, you’ll gain a deep understanding of sourdough starters: how to create, maintain, store, and use them with ease.
This isn’t just a demonstration; it’s a full-on bread-making adventure. Get ready to get sticky and floury as you master the art of shaping and baking delicious, nutritious sourdough. The techniques you learn here are easily transferable to your own kitchen, ensuring you can recreate this magic anytime at home.
