We are passionate about sharing our skills in sourdough baking and cheese-making techniques and providing educational opportunities to students particularly in regional and remote areas. Our workshops are beneficial to special-needs, science (ie. fermented foods unit), and hospitality students to expand their knowledge and fermented food techniques in a fun and interactive way.
We have been offering our workshops to school groups since 2019.
