Rochelle, Secretary of Glastonbury Hall, has suggested there may be strong interest within the local community for either a sourdough baking and/or dumpling making workshop in Glastonbury.

We are currently exploring the opportunity to bring a hands-on sourdough and/or dumpling making workshop to Glastonbury Hall and would love to gauge community interest. If you would like to learn more and potentially attend a future class, we invite you to register your interest.

Each workshop is:
• Fully hands-on and limited to approx 13 participants 
• Approximately 3 hours in duration
• $90 per person

Likely timeframe is Late April or Early May 2026.
