Banneton Oval Large without Liner

This RATTAN banneton (proofing basket) is used to provide structure and shape for sourdough during the proofing stage.  Made of hand-crafted unbleached natural rattan cane that is eco-friendly, food-safe, and non-toxic.

For the best results, heavily sprinkle rice flour or semolina onto the banneton, this stops the dough from sticking.   

P.S. I dont recommend that you wash your banneton.  Just wipe or blush it over between bakes.
