Breaking Bread; Sourdough workshop - Sunshine Coast September
This half day sourdough bread workshop provides you with the skills and confidence to bake your own wild-yeast bread at home. During the workshop we will prepare no-knead sourdough & olive/cheese (Dairyfree/Vegan Option : Olive/Sundried tomatoes) sourdough bread. Additionally, you will gain a clear understanding of sourdough starters; making/creating, maintaining and using. My aim is to ensure that you leave the workshop with understanding of how to bake sourdough so that you can do it again, easily, at home.
This is a hands-on bread making workshop which means be prepared to get sticky and floury. The methods used to make sourdough bread can easily be used at home. You will learn to make, shape and bake the dough.
