Fermentation 101 Workshop : Hervey Bay 16th March


This 3 hour  hands on workshop is designed to be informative, and just as importantly, a fun and relaxing way to learn about good fermentation. You will enjoy a morning tea and have heaps of interactive fun.  Lastly, you will leave with the motivation, confidence and knowledge to get started on your own fermentation journey.

Learn how to prep and perpetuate good flora for yummy yet healthy fermented food. Take home your jarred sauerkraut and kimchi.   There will also be a demonstration on making yummy fermented hot sauce and fermented garlic and honey. 

Class sizes limited to 5

Bring  an apron, wear closed toe shoes and pull long hair off your face.
