Cheesemaking Workshop - Gold Cheese

Relax and Learn how to make delicious summer cheese, Greek Feta & Halloumi.
This intimate, hands-on cheese making workshop in Hervey Bay is where we will turn you into a cheesemaking oracle. We’ll show you how to craft delicious cheeses in your own kitchen. We will take you through the milk selection and the cheesemaking process.
This is a comprehensive 3 hour workshop, will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up these cheeses (plus more) in your kitchen. Refreshments will be provided.
The workshop is limited to 10 participants

- Cheese-making instruction booklet
