Cheesemaking Dinner Evening - Hervey Bay 14th December
Relax and Learn how to make delicious camberbert, perisan feta, quark and mozzerella, whilst you enjoy your own generous Cheese dinner box ( vegetarian option available)
This intimate, hands-on cheese making workshop at Hervey Bay Community Centre is where we will turn you into a cheesemaking oracle. We’ll show you how to whip up delicious cheeses in your own kitchen. We will take you through milk selection for cheesemaking and the cheesemaking process.
This is a comprehensive 2.5 hour workshop, will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up these cheeses (plus more) in your kitchen.
The workshop is limited to 8 participants
