Queensland Cheese Artisan is constantly working hard to bring consistant, fun and informative workshops! it is what we do! but that does come at a cost of not only $$ but also our members of our team time. We do pre purchase all products based on the numbers of bookings so have had to put into place terms and conditions.

We do not offer refunds, transfer or credit your workshop to another if you do not attend or cancel your Queensland Cheese Artisan spot. You may however transfer your ticket to another person, this is helpful to us as there are limited spaces in the Kitchen space and our workshops tend to sell out. Therefore, if you don't attend another people may have missed the opportunity to book.

If you choose not to show for whatever reason, you forfeit your ticket. and all monies paid. All workshop ticket purchases are final.

However, if we don't meet our min numbers to run a workshop we will credit your payment toward another workshop with us, you booked with to be used within 3 months or offer you a full refund.

We do send you an automated workshop confirmation email once your booking is made so don't forget to add your workshop to your Calender once you receive that confirmation - you also receive a reminder 2-3 days prior so ensure you book with an email that you check regularly and add queenslandcheeseartisan.com.au to your safe senders list.

Substitutions made in writing to Queensland Cheese Artisan may be made at any time prior to the event commencing.

Cancellation more than 14 days prior – full refund less administration fee of $20
