Mix-it Up Cheese making Course, Brisbane, 8 September



This hands-on cheese making course provides you with the skills, knowledge and techniques to assist you with your cheese-making journey. The course is conducted within a commercial kitchen and you will be making the cheeses not just watching. The techniques learnt can easily be applied outside of the course so that you can make your own cheeses at home. You will be able to take home, all the cheeses you made within the workshop to share with family and friends.

Class strictly limited to 8 

Cheeses made on this course;

  • White Mould (aka Brie).
  • Haloumi.
  • Basic Blue Cheese.
  • Ricotta

Class Includes: 

  • A comprehensive 100% hands on workshop of how to make fantastic cheese
  • Cheesemaking Baskets to take home
  • Everything you need for the workshop is provided,  just bring an apron, headscarf/hat & containers to take your cheeses home
